WRECK FISHING

Steaming out from Plymouth to visit one of the 100+ wrecks within forty miles yielding large Cod, Pollock, Conger and most species native to the British Isles.

Mirage with its speed  and spacious deck is the perfect craft to Travel in comfort to  the mid - Channel wrecks and fishing with plenty of room for each angler. The wrecking season generally runs from February  to October. The first target species are the huge winter Pollock followed by the eagerly awaited Cod.

Conger can be fished for all year round and the recent surge in interest for these hard fighting creatures has proved that they are worthy sporting fish.

REEF FISHING

Plymouth also offers access to some great reefs including the Famous Eddystone Reef which produces some top class fishing, with large Pollock, Cod and Bass regularly making an appearance also some of the smaller spieces can be found making great species hunts for clubs,

Other reefs include: East and West Rutts Catlins Hat Rock Brendons Phillips Hands Deeps

All of which throw up good catches of fish an different species.
